Where orders ship from

All orders ship from mainland China.

Processing and estimated delivery time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit to the United States is estimated at 10–25 business days after dispatch.

The estimated total delivery time to the United States is 11–28 business days from order confirmation: 1–3 business days for processing plus 10–25 business days in transit. Certain products, destinations, carrier conditions, or customs inspections may require additional time within the stated range. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

US shipping rates

US Standard Shipping is $4.99 for orders below $49. US Standard Shipping is free for orders of $49 or more. The applicable rate is displayed at checkout before payment.

Duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Tracking

After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when tracking is available. Carrier scans may take time to appear after the label is created.

Delays and questions
